Bank of Montreal (BMO) has reallocated its management team as it combines Marshall & Ilsley with its existing U.S. retail unit, The Wall Street Journal reports. The Canadian lender has appointed Mark Furlong as president and CEO of the combined entity, BMO Harris Bank, and David Casper as executive vice president of commercial banking division.
Brad Chapin has been hired to oversee personal banking in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona and Florida. Chris McComish will become executive vice president, personal banking, while Ken Krei will be executive vice president of global private banking. Ann Benschoter will become executive vice president at personal and commercial headquarters.
