India’s L&T Finance will sell shares worth $280.4 million in an initial public offering , The Wall Street Journal reports. The financial services company had initially planned to raise $392 million through the IPO.

The firm will open the IPO sale on July 27, which will run until July 29. The lead managers on the sale are JM Financial Consultants, Citigroup Global Markets India, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets India, Barclays Securities (India), Credit Suisse Securities (India) and Equirus Capital.
