Royal Bank of Scotland has appointed three non-executive board members, The Wall Street Journal reports. Alison Davis, a former director of First Data, will become a member of RBS’s group remuneration committee, adds Scotsman. Tony Di Iorio, who has been CFO at Deutsche Bank, takes up positions on the group audit committee and board risk committee. Sheila Noakes, who serves on the boards of Severn Trent and Carpetright, will sit on the audit committee.
