Equity Trustees has named John Terlikar as the lead portfolio manager of the EQT Mortgage Income Fund, Investor Daily reports. In the new role, Terlikar will work with mortgage income fund manager, Joe Aszodi, who is stepping down from his role this year.
Most recently, Terlikar was working with Centuria Capital. He has also served at Over Fifty Group, Perpetual and Axa Asia Pacific.
