Franklin Templeton Investments has rebranded the Templeton Income Fund to Templeton Global Balanced Fund. The fund invests in global stocks and bonds to seek both current income and capital appreciation.
Investors will now be able to access both global equity and fixed income markets through a single fund. The Templeton Global Equity Group invests the fund’s equity portion, while the fund’s fixed income portion is invested by the Franklin Templeton Fixed Income Group.
