The supervisory board of Tallinn-based largest exchange company Nasdaq OMX Tallinn has made changes to its management board team. Kaidi Ruusalepp will be leaving the board, and will be replaced by Eddi Joost effective October 24. Joost was with the Nordic-Baltic banking group Swedbank in the field of corporate finance for more than a decade. He developed the Baltic Financial Restructuring and Recovery (BFRR) division in Estonia. He has also been a financial adviser, with strategic financial advisory, capital structuring and mergers and acquisitions as his specialities.
