Citi has named Chirag Patel to handle G-10 vanilla options and first-generation exotics, FX Week reports. He will also continue as head of foreign exchange options for central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The move follows the exit of Nigel Khakoo, global head of G-10 options trading in London, earlier this year. Based in London, Patel will report locally to James Bindler, global head of FX options. Before joining Citi in 2006, Patel was with Lehman Brothers Holdings.
