Citigroup has appointed four former Troika Dialog bankers for its Moscow office, Bloomberg reports. Kingsmill Bond, the Moscow brokerage’s chief strategist, is among the new hires by the New York-based bank. The appointments include Andrey Kuznetsov, Troika’s former Russia strategist, Kirill Kazanli, an infrastructure analyst, and Will Hammond, head of equity sales. The bank has also hired Ronald Smith, former head of Russian equities at CA Cheuvreux, the equity brokerage unit of Credit Agricole.
