The £724 million North Yorkshire Pension Fund (NYPF) has engaged Hermes Fund Managers, Legal & General Investment Management and Threadneedle Investments to manage £25 million each in U.K. real estate, Pensions & Investments reports, citing Tenders Electronic Daily. The financing for these is likely to come from equities.
The Northallerton, England-based fund started the search in June. Hermes Fund Managers is a multi-boutique asset manager and Threadneedle Investments is a global asset manager serving pension schemes, insurance companies, private wealth managers, private investors, mutual funds and associated companies.
