Equity One Sells CA RE For $124.9M, Buys Mall

Equity One has sold Trio Apartments and Park Plaza for a total price of $124.9 million.

Equity One has sold Trio Apartments and Park Plaza for a total price of $124.9 million, Florida Real Estate Journal reports. Trio Apartments, situated in Pasadena, California, was sold for $112.2 million, including the assumption of a $62.8 million mortgage. Equity One held a 50 percent stake in the building. Park Plaza, located in Sacramento, California, was sold for $12.7 million, along with the assumption of a $7.4 million mortgage. The developer owned a 100 percent interest in the property. The firm has also taken over Aventura Square in Aventura for $55.5 million. The shopping center houses Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy and DSW.
