A partnership between Max Property Group and Newmarket Property Holdings is acquiring the St Katharine Docks, an estate in London. The 60/40 joint venture will pay a total of £156.3 million for the acquisition.
St Katharine’s Investments is the seller of the property. European real estate lender Eurohypo will be providing non-recourse debt of up to 55% of the purchase price to fund the acquisition.
