Highwoods Buys Office Buildings For $300M

Highwoods Properties has bought commercial properties in Atlanta and Pittsburgh for around $300 million.

Highwoods Properties has bought commercial properties in Atlanta and Pittsburgh for around $300 million, RTT News reports. The company has bought PPG Place in Pittsburgh for $214 million. The six-building office complex is 81.2 percent leased. The seller was Hillman Co. of Pittsburgh, which marketed it through CB Richard Ellis, adds Commercial Real Estate Direct. Highwoods also bought Riverwood 100 in Atlanta for $86.3 million. The 24-story office building is 87 percent leased.
