Americas Trading Group (ATG) has appointed NYSE Technologies to provide technology support. The technology department of NYSE Euronext will support development and operation of ATG’s new electronic trading platform for Latin America. The platform merges NYSE Technologies’ Hosted Transaction Hub infrastructure with ATG’s expertise in electronic trading throughout the region. It will cater to exchanges and brokers in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Argentina. Services being offered by NYSE include low latency network connectivity to global markets, locally developed algorithms and trading screens.
