UBS Expands Energy Banking Team

UBS has appointed John Nesland to boost its energy banking practice.

UBS has appointed John Nesland to boost its energy banking practice, The New York Times reports. He will work with Robert Pierce, recruited recently to lead the bank’s Americas midstream and master limited partnerships practice.

Nesland and Pierce will be reporting to Thomas Langford, who leads UBS’ global energy investment banking team. Before joining the Swiss bank, Nesland was a senior energy banker at Barclays Capital.
