Sidney Marder has stepped down as trustee at Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois. His resignation follows the departure of Livia Kiser from board of $37.1 billion Springfield-based retirement system. Marder joined the 13-member TRS board, named by governor Pat Quinn, in June 2009. His term was to end in 2014.
