Bank of Ireland Private Banking is seeking to sell its Victoria Quarter shopping center in Leeds for £135 million, Property Week reports. The property had been originally acquired from Highstone Estates for £126 million in 2006. The sale of the scheme comes as Land Securities and Hammerson are seeking to set up similar schemes in the city. The developments are likely to negatively affect lettings at Victoria Quarter. Presently, Victoria Quarter houses tenants such as Harvey Nichols, Mulberry, LK Bennett, Whistles and Paul Smith.
