Dodge & Cox has added three members to its board of directors. The Massachusetts-based investment manager appointed Thomas Dugan, David Hoeft and Diana Strandberg as senior vice presidents and members on its board. Dugan joined the firm in 1993 and currently is associate director of fixed income, while Hoeft, who also came in 1993, is an associate director of research. Strandberg, who joined Dodge & Cox in 1988, is director of international equity and a senior vice president of the Dodge & Cox Funds. With the new appointments, the Dodge & Cox board comprises eight senior executives.
