Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Co. is looking to build a five-star Adriatic resort in Montenegro, Bloomberg reports. The company, fully owned by the emirate’s sovereign wealth fund Qatar Investment Authority, is planning to invest €250 million in the project.
Qatari Diar will reconstruct an acquired hotel in a bay near Tivat over the next two to two-and-a-half years. The redeveloped site will include villas, apartments, sports facilities, shopping malls and a luxury hotel.
