Portals Crystal has acquired Arlington apartment complex Crystal Plaza for $191 million, Business Journal reports. The property was previously owned by Smith Property Holdings.
McLean attorney Howard Silberberg is listed as Crystal Portal’s resident agent. The transaction was brokered by Transwestern’s multifamily sales team. In 2007, Smith Property bought the asset for about $42 million.
