Taomee Holdings is seeking to raise about $100 million in an initial public offering, Reuters reports. The company plans to list its American depositary shares (ADSs) on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Chinese online entertainment company intends to use the proceeds to expand its online and offline businesses. Credit Suisse Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities are among the underwriters for the IPO.
