Miami-based lender City National Bank of Florida (CNB) has chosen financial services technology solutions provider Fiserv’s bank platform Premier to support and improve its expanding regional footprint. The community bank has further selected more solutions from Fiserv to boost the platform, such as Business Process Manager and Branch Source Capture for remote deposits and several card services solutions.
With the execution of Premier, City National will start processing in an in-house environment through which it can cut down expenses by more than $1 million. The lender is expecting higher efficiencies, tighter workflows and enhanced reporting functionalities with the new account and process management solution Business Process Manager for Premier.
