U.K.'s largest pay-TV broadcaster British Sky Broadcasting Group’s board has named Martin Gilbert as independent non-executive director, Investment Week reports. Matthieu Pigasse will be joining him on the board.
Gilbert and Pigasse will succeed David Evans and Allan Leighton, who are retiring. Gilbert is a director in investment management group Aberdeen Asset Management, and Pigasse is CEO OF Lazard France and vice-chairman of advisory investment bank Lazard Europe.
