Property investor and developer, Hines, is seeking to sell an office development project, BC Ducat Place III, in Moscow for $300 million, PropertyEU reports. Sponda, Union Investment, Heitman European Property Partners and Barva-Gazprombank have placed bids for the business centre. The building is leased to firms, including Goldman Sachs, Cushman & Wakefield, Clifford Chance, Citibank and EBRD. The proceeds from the sale will be used by Hines to finance the development of its ongoing projects, such as the Outlet Village Belaya Dacha.
