Carillion is seeking to acquire U.K. energy efficiency products supplier, Eaga, Financial Times reports. The U.K. construction-services business will pay a total of about £307 million for the acquisition.
After the agreement, the buyer will get a platform to expand itself in the low-carbon market. On the transaction, Carillion was advised by Lazard, while JPMorgan Cazenove advised Eaga.
