Private equity firm, Lovell Minnick Partners, has promoted John Cochran to the position of managing director. Cochran is joining the investment committee of the firm, which is responsible for managing the firm’s private equity partnerships totaling $800 million.
Cochran has previously headed the due diligence and analysis in several Lovell Minnick investments and has worked closely with a number of the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lovell Minnick, he has worked with SV Investment Partners, JW Childs Associates and Salomon Brothers.
