RS Investments has appointed Tom Neukranz as a principal, partner and head of institutional strategy, development and sales, Pensions & Investments reports. The position is newly created.
He will now be responsible for focusing on business development across all U.S. and international institutional channels. Previously, Neukranz served as senior vice president of institutional sales (IS) at ING Investment Management.
