U.K. real estate company, British Land, will fund the development of Old Livestock Market in Hereford, Financial Times reports. The Old Livestock Market scheme, which is likely to have a value of close to £100 million, is being developed by private U.K. developer, Stanhope. Stanhope has already lined up tenants, including Waitrose and Debenhams, to anchor the retail scheme in Hereford. Stanhope has already signed a number of deals in the last few months, including schemes in Truro and Gloucester. Development Securities is the listed developer of the scheme.
