The Michael Lynch Memorial Foundation has brought Jonathan Henes on its board of directors. He will serve a three-year term at the foundation. Henes is a partner in the restructuring group at law firm Kirkland & Ellis. The foundation has given about $2.3 million in college scholarships to 96 children of firefighters and victims of the September 11 attacks as well as other U.S. disasters.
