The University System of Maryland Foundation (USM) is searching for a CIO for its $925 million endowment, Pensions & Investments report. The Adelphi-based foundation has appointed investment executive search firm Charles A Skorina & Company to assist in the selection process. The selected candidate will replace Michael Barry, who created the foundation’s investment operations nine years ago. He left the USM Foundation in June to become CIO of Washington-based Georgetown University’s $1 billion endowment fund.
