Zehavit Cohen, managing director of the Israeli division of Apax Partners, has stepped down as chairwoman of Tnuva Food Industries and Psagot Investment House, Reuters reports. She will remain director of Tnuva, maker of dairy, meat and poultry products.
Apax holds 56 percent in Tnuva and 76.8 percent in Israel’s largest investment house Psagot. Cohen may rejoin Psagot’s board once the anti-trust investigation against Tnuva is over. Shlomo Rodav has replaced Cohen at Tnuva and Ron Gortler will be interim chairman at Psagot until a permanent chair is named.
