National Asset Management Agency is looking to sell two loan portfolios valued at a total of €800 million.

National Asset Management Agency (Nama) is looking to sell two loan portfolios valued at a total of €800 million, Reuters reports. The Irish state-run bank is being advised by property consultancy Savills on clearing some €200 million of loans to Donal Mulryan, a housing and hotel developer.

Real estate consultancy CBRE is marketing loans worth €600 million to property developer Cyril Dennis. The credit facilities in the portfolio are secured against a series of brownfield sites across the U.K. Debt funds are expected to bid for the portfolios.
