State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) has appointed Susan Raynes as senior managing director and head of institutional business for the U.K., Middle East and Africa, Pensions & Investments reports. She will replace Kanesh Lakhani, who left to join First State Investments as managing director.
In her new role, Raynes will be based in London, reporting to Greg Ehret, executive vice president and head of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Previously, Raynes was senior managing director and head of SSgA’s San Francisco office.
