YPX Cayman Holdings Co. has completed its second fundraising round. The restaurant chain company, with 70 franchise stores in Taiwan and Macau, has raised $20 million from global venture capital firms, including Qiming Ventures Partners, Hotung Investment Holdings and Mitsui & Co. Global Investment.
The company also secured personal investments from entrepreneurs such as former DBS Bank and Singapore Airlines chairman Koh Boon Hwee and Nasdaq-listed 51Job.com founders Norman Lui and Michael Feng Yunlei. The funding will be used for opening more stores in the eastern and northern parts of China.
