Activision To Give Call Of Duty Endow $3M

Activision Blizzard’s wholly owned subsidiary Activision Publishing will donate a total of $3 million to Arlington-based non-profit public benefit corporation the Call of Duty Endowment.

Activision Blizzard’s wholly owned subsidiary Activision Publishing will donate a total of $3 million to Arlington-based non-profit public benefit corporation the Call of Duty Endowment. Activision Blizzard is a Santa Monica, California-headquartered worldwide online, PC, console, handheld and mobile game publisher.

Separately, the Call of Duty Endowment is also providing a $250,000 grant to the National Chamber Foundation, a non-profit think tank of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The grant, part of $500,000 in grants made by the endowment in the fall of 2011, will support the chamber’s Hiring our Heroes program and the foundation to host hiring fairs in 25 cities nationwide in 2012.
