Henderson Global Investors is seeking to roll out a growth and income trust, an excluding U.K., Fund Strategy reports. The Henderson International Income trust is aiming to raise up to £150 million, adds Investment Week.
The trust, which will be listed on the London Stock Exchange, will invest solely in equities and will follow a top-down asset allocation and bottom-up stock selection strategy. The portfolio will be managed by Ben Lofthouse, who will work with Bill McQuaker, the head of multi-manager, on top-down asset allocation for the trust.
