Investment bank Blaylock Robert Van has appointed fixed income executive Alan Jones as a senior vice president. Previously, he has held various senior positions at firms including Utendahl Capital Partners and Aladdin Capital.
Formerly, Jones was co-founder and managing partner of AR Jones & Associates and Rampant Venture Group, a venture capital firm. He is also a member of the board of directors of Eastern Light Capital, and serves as chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee.
