BC Partners has sold a 17.4% stake in Turkish supermarket chain, Migros Ticaret, AltAssets reports. The U.K. private equity firm obtained $515 million from the stake sale of Migros, which it acquired in 2008. The initial deal size of 26 million shares was increased to 31 million through an upsize option by BC Partners. The joint global co-ordinators and book-runners for the transaction were Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan Securities.
