Hong Kong-based private equity firm, Joint Treasure, has acquired the headquarters of real estate services firm, GVA, Property Week reports. The property at 10 Stratton Street was purchased for £60 million.
The building was sold by Arab Investments. It had been under offer to owner-occupier, the Algerian Embassy. H2SO advised Arab Investments, while BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Joint Treasure on the deal.
