Helen Weir, head of retail banking, and Archie Kane, head of insurance at Lloyds Banking Group, are resigning from their respective roles, Financial Times reports. The departure comes soon after António Osório became CEO of the bank. Weir will be replaced by Joy Griffiths, head of Lloyds retail banking, and David Nicholson, her counterpart at Halifax. Separately, the bank has appointed John Maltby, head of commercial banking, as a new head of small and medium enterprise banking.
