HighMark Capital Management is merging and rebranding the resulting funds. The HighMark Fundamental Equity Fund will be integrated with the HighMark Core Equity Fund and the resulting fund will be named HighMark Large Cap Core Equity Fund.
The HighMark Small Cap Value Fund will be merged into the HighMark Small Cap Advantage Fund and the new fund will be named HighMark Small Cap Core Fund. The firm will merge four asset allocation funds and change the resulting two fund names.
