Rothschild has appointed Matthew Sperling as managing director and head of equity advisory for North America. In his new role, Sperling will expand the firm’s equity advisory practice.
Most recently, Sperling served as managing director in the equity capital markets group of Jefferies. Prior to that, he held senior roles in the U.S. equity capital market operations of UBS and Credit Suisse in New York.
