Harris Associates has promoted Michael Manelli as co-manager of the Oakmark International Small Cap Fund. Manelli will join the fund’s current manager CIO of International Equities, David Herro. Previously, Manelli worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. Harris Associates is the advisor of The Oakmark Funds, which has about $40 billion in assets under management.
