Phoenix Adds Non-Exec Directors

Brentwood-based financial services company Phoenix Administration Services has hired Theodore Agnew and Peter Little as non-executive directors.

Brentwood-based financial services company Phoenix Administration Services has hired Theodore Agnew and Peter Little as non-executive directors. Agnew is a founder of Town & Country Assistance and co-founder of WNS Global Services. Little was a co-founder and managing director of Braid Systems.

Agnew is a partner in Somerton Capital, a private equity firm, a non-executive director of a Lloyds insurance business Jubilee Managing Agency, and a non-executive director of the Education Board. Little is an active investor and a director of financial services organisations including Investmaster, a software provider to the wealth management industry. Previously, he was chairman of Cadis Software.
