Independent fund administrator, Amicorp Fund Services, has opened a new office in Malta, HedgeWeek reports. Amicorp Fund Services Malta has received a license from the Malta Financial Services Authority.
The new firm will assist international promoters and clients. The services offered will include fund set-up, NAV calculation, shareholder, corporate management, compliance, legal and corporate secretarial services.
