HighMark Funds has appointed Mindy Posoff, president of Traversent Capital Partners in Philadelphia, to its seven-member board of trustees. Posoff has replaced Robert Whitler, a trustee, and former executive vice president and chief trust officer of Union Bank.
Posoff was a co-founder of NewMarket Capital Partners, where she was the firm’s COO and compliance officer, with co-head of sales and marketing. HighMark Funds offers mutual funds, including fixed income funds, domestic and international equity funds, money market funds and asset allocation portfolios.
