Online coupon site, LivingSocial, has raised $400 million in a round of funding, The Wall Street Journal reports. The investment was provided by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Amazon.com and Institutional Venture Partners.
The investment round has valued the company at about $3 billion. The proceeds are expected to be used by the Washington D.C-based company to fund its global expansion and product innovation, adds Reuters.
