Brookfield Investment Management (U.K.) has bought the European high-yield fund management business of Pall Mall Investment Management. The business includes $305 million PALLMALL Funds ICVC and the Pall Mall High Yield Europe Plus Fund. A team of five investment professionals, led by Curt Schibli and Jonathan Goble, both managing directors and portfolio managers, will join Brookfield’s unit, adds Pensions & Investments. The team will also bring in around $370 million in assets from Pall Mall to Brookfield.
