BTIG has enhanced its high yield and distressed desk analytics team with the appointment of managing directors. The U.S. institutional brokerage and fund services firm has hired Elie Radinsky as managing director and head of high yield and distressed analytic and Mark Palmer as managing director of distressed desk analyst.

The duo joins a team of analytics professionals on BTIG’s fixed income desk, led by Robert Langer. Radinsky is joining from Chapdelaine Credit Partners, where he held the same position, while Palmer is coming from Prudence Holdings, where he served as portfolio manager.
