Belgium gas transmission infrastructure company, Fluxys, is planning to acquire the gas pipeline assets of Eni, Reuters reports. Fluxys, in partnership with a consortium with Allianz Capital Partners, has offered a bid for the assets. RREEF Infrastructure, Terra Firma and Sintonia, an investment vehicle backed by Goldman Sachs, have also placed their bid for the gas assets. Eni is selling its stakes in the TENP and Transitgas pipelines. Eni holds a 49% stake in TENP, while E.ON owns the rest.
