Toronto-based Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has hired Hodges Ward Elliott to sell Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in Northern California’s wine district.

Toronto-based Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has hired Hodges Ward Elliott to sell Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in Northern California’s wine district, Bloomberg reports. The broker is expected to sell the luxury resort for nearly $100 million.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts controls a minority stake of nearly 20 percent in the property. The majority stake is held by Crescent Real Estate Holdings, which originally acquired the real estate in the mid-1990s and later brought in Fairmont to operate it.
